There are many things that can poison your pet some are obvious and others less so, whilst our Vets have a wide ranging knowledge of what is poisonous to pets, there are many occasions when it is necessary for them to consult specialist help from the Veterinary Poisons Information Service.

Each time we use this service we have to pay for the privilege.  It is therefore necessary for us to charge for that service when we have to use it.  We only charge when we have to use the service, if we have the knowledge for a particular case in-house, then we do not charge
