Fees

In order that we may provide the best possible level of care for your pet, we invest a great deal in the latest drugs, the best equipment and a well trained team of staff. We do appreciate that fees can sometimes appear expensive and we try hard to give good value for money but in order to keep costs down we require that all fees are paid at the time of treatment. For your convenience payment can be accepted by cash, cheque (supported by a cheque guarantee card) and all major credit and debit cards.

Our veterinary surgeons are always happy to prepare an estimate for any anticipated treatment costs. They will keep you fully informed of costs as a course of treatment progresses. Please bear in mind that an estimate is an approximate cost and is only valid for one calendar month. If you are concerned that you may not be able to afford the full cost of treatment, please inform one of our staff as soon as possible.
